We had a wonderful family vacation in Florida and our stay at the Dalys' home just made it that much more enjoyable. We used the pool morning and night, found the hot tub a welcoming endulgance at the end of our long Disney days! We found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen to cook ourselves evening meals. Conveniently located to Disney and all the other attractions made it easy for us to come and go with not a tremendous amount of travel time. We look forward to returning to Florida and the Dalys' home in the near future!

What a wonderfully comfortable villa! Everyone relaxed and had a terrific time. The layout and furnishings of the house make it feel like a home and after a long day in the parks we really looked forward to returning to unwind. Every single evening at least one of us commented on how great it was to be able to come back to your house. The comfy living room furniture, the pool/spa, the clubhouse--all of it was perfect. What a deal! Why would anyone rent small, stuffy hotel rooms when they could have your home at such reasonable rates?

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. We had six children and six adults. The pool was great for the children and the spa was great for the adults. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home in Windsor Palms and would without a doubt recommend it to others. Our stay at the villa was a definite addition to making our vacation truly a dream family vacation. From the initial personal contact with the Daly Family, the quick response, the welcome kit and the welcome phone call from Susan was indeed a testament to knowing you were booking from a great family who are very serious about the care and comfort of families renting this home.

We have a large family and were looking for a way to go to Disney world without spending all of our money. We found the Daly’s house and it made our visit complete. The villa was clean well appointed and served as a great resting place for both parents and children. The pool and the hot tub were great. The added attraction of a high quality 3 x 6 pool table created a great diversion for all of us as well. All of the Disney resorts were within ten minutes and easily accessible through a back route to the property.

My husband, parents and I have just returned from a super stay at the Daly's property, this being our second visit to Windsor Palms, the property is extremely well furnished, and has a super south facing pool which catches the sun all day. We really enjoyed the freedom and peace experienced at the end of a fast paced day at the theme parks, and the lovely welcome pack was a very nice surprise along with the excellent service we received from they’re management company. I cannot recommend this property enough we have a super 14 days! Thank you

Your villa was absolutely beautiful, There was only 5 of us so we used the 3 double bedrooms. The pool table was a hit, Jeff and the kids played every night. We only used the spa once but it helped our tired feet. The appearance of the villa was very good. it is in an upscale neighborhood which adds to the charm. The welcome packs were there on arrival and are a very nice touch. It was comfortable and very well appointed. We would rebook the villa. We have been to orlando 4 times (hotels and condos) but we feel a home is the only way to go, especially with a group.

My family and I visited the Walt Disney area 23-28 November 05. When we drove up to the villa and entered we could not believe our eyes...the internet pictures do not do the place justice. The home is huge and absolutely beautiful. All of the bedrooms were perfect including the two master suites on the bottom floor. This home accomodated all '10' of us very comfortably. We especially liked the gate around the pool that allowed limited access since we had 3 small children with us. The welcome pack that was provided was very convenient and thoughtful and right on time since we were driving and it had been a few hours since our last stop. We did not use any of the resort accomodations, everything that we needed was right there at the house, including internet access. Our only mistake was visiting Magic Kingdom on Thanksgiving Day...it was very busy and crowded, but very enjoyable. Hi Dan and Sue just a short email to let you know what a good time we had, and that your facilities were the best we have experienced in all the years of going South...which we have done for many years...including the Carribean, East and West Coast of USA and Mid West USA. We would not stay in anything but a gated community, ..your custodians at the gate were efficient and fun to talk to. The lock box method worked great with our late check in (130 AM)...and your management company showed up the next day to go over details of the property. He was great and again a real character, that we enjoyed to meet. The welcome package/food saved our nite for the kids when we got in.We sipped the wine you provided while enjoying the hot-tub that first nite at 2.30 in the morning...enjoying the warm humid Florida weather that we had been especially looking forward to...having left the North in a snow storm that almost prevented our arrival. The Villa far exceeded our expectations and was nothing but perfect. . We put to use the pool table on a regular basis. The swimming pool fence/guard was great for our toddler safety in the screened-in pool area. What a unique design that worked perfect. The other facilities were great...washer/dryer/dishwasher etc. ...and your booklet for attractions info and directions to the area attractions etc. was invaluable. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse every nite and even met some kids from our home town there....(small world). We had a family basketball and volleyball game during the week. We are definately interested in booking for next year without hesitation or reservation of any kind. Again this was the best experience with rental property that we have ever had. As soon as we have dates for our March break 2006 ..by next fall,(school year)... we will be in touch for another rental with you. We also had several family members that visited us during our stay, that were also interested in contacting you for next year as well. We will be in touch. We’ve just returned from an amazing 2-week holiday in Florida, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dan and Susan’s lovely villa. The villa was even better in real life than it appeared on the website – it was clean and spacious, and brilliantly located for easy access to Disney World, all the other Orlando theme parks, and some lovely local restaurants and shops. We drove to the coast too, and the journey was simple and relatively quick (about an hour and a half). The south-facing pool area was great – a real peaceful haven to return to at the end of a busy day at the parks. We’d definitely recommend this villa to other holiday-makers. The Daly’s villa is in a great location and on a really nice resort.We have just stayed in the villa for 2 weeks and it has been great. It is the first time we have not wanted to leave a villa and come home.It is spacious and well equipped all the family enjoyed the pool table and hot tub at night after a day on your feet in the parks
