Availability CalendarIf you wish to book, please complete the on-line booking form and we will reply promptly. Bookings of less than one week are by agreement only and discounts are available for bookings of 17 days or more. Bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of deposit ($300/£150 per week). The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. On arrival, our management company will collect a security deposit of $300/£250. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Pool and spa heating (recommended October - May) is an optional additional cost ($161/£84 per week). Bookings of 5 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge of $120/£60. We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience.
